Group Favourites

Dining out with large groups can be challenging, especially when you have a tight timescale. Here’s a selection of recommended restaurants that have experience dealing with large group bookings.

PanAm Bar & Restaurant
Located on the Albert Dock, PanAm can cater for 1000 guests! They have developed a special menu for groups allowing you to choose from 2, 3 or 4 courses.

PanAm are dedicated to delivering delicious, quality food whatever the group size. The menu will suit all pallette offering everything from juicy rib-eye Isle of Man steak to fragrant Thai ginger seabass.

Coach drop off bays are located outside the venue, with coach parking close by on King’s Waterfront.

Gusto Albert Dock
Gusto is an Italian dining experience, with relaxed open kitchens and a fun informal atmosphere. The restaurant includes their "Con Amici" table, perfect for large parties as it seats up to 40, all at the same table!

There are several drop off bays at the Albert Dock, with coach parking close by behind ACC Liverpool.

Liverpool Cathedral
As the location of the Liverpool Coach Welcome Scheme, the Cathedral offers convenient and great value dining options. There are four types of catering: The Mezzanine Cafe Bar, a modern, fully accessible licensed, café with stunning views across the Cathedral, offering freshly baked cakes, sandwiches, hot paninis and home-made soup and free Wi-Fi internet access. The Refectory is a firm favorite with locals serving delicious homemade bakes, grills and salads. Larger groups can also arrange private dining in The Western Rooms or even the main Cathedral floor itself.

Both the Coach Welcome Scheme and coach parking are available at Liverpool Cathedral.

The Boot Room Sports Café
This is a must-visit for all sporting fans. The new Boot Room Sports Café at Liverpool Football Club offers a fun and unique dining experience. The 230 seat restaurant has many seating options from individual booths to large group tables. Their focus is on proving tasty, freshly cooked favourites including steak, burgers, stone-baked pizza and Scouse – a traditional Liverpudlian dish.

The Boot Room also offers the Mini Boot Room menu, perfect for youngsters with a ‘make your own pizza’ option in addition to the self-service ice cream!

Coach parking is available on site.

Chaophraya
Set in the heart of Liverpool ONE, Chaophraya offers the finest royal Thai cuisine in luxury surroundings. There are many group and private dining options from traditional sunken seating to their large banqueting table seating 60. Chaophraya offers a variety of menus to suit all budgets from light lunches to excellent value set meals, and is a great choice for vegetarians.

Private Dining
Private dining is an excellent option for smaller groups, who would prefer a special, intimate dining experience.

The Restaurant Bar & Grill
Located in the impressive Brunswick House in Liverpool’s Commercial District, The Restaurant Bar & Grill offers a separate private dining room in addition to the main restaurant area. Seating up to 18 people, guests can enjoy a great tasting experience in the privacy of their own room. LiverpoolTravelTrade.com highly recommends the
king prawn tempura with chilli & lime jam and the smoked haddock risotto.

Malmaison Brasserie
The Brasserie at Malmaison Liverpool offers two unique private dining experiences. The Boudoir seats up to 10 people in lavish and seductive surroundings, and in contrast, The Kitchen puts you right in the middle of the action, with only a plate glass wall between you and the pass. The menu is based on simple British classic dishes, uncompromising in quality, generous in portions with a focus on locally sourced produce.
