Hours of operation
The Welcome Scheme operates on request Monday to Saturday from March through to October between 10.00am and 3.00pm.
Coach groups wishing to use the scheme can call ahead, even on the day, to be assured that the host will be there as the coach arrives. Those using the Cathedral scheme should report to the gate lodge on arrival where there will be a short wait while the duty host will be called.
Passengers can rejoin the coach at Liverpool Cathedral/Albert Dock or be collected from elsewhere in the city centre. From both Liverpool Cathedral and Albert Dock passengers are easily able to explore the city centre with its excellent shopping, museums, galleries, tours, cafes and restaurants.
